Since every project is unique, the architectural committee is here to help. Depending on the individual needs of each homeowner we can work together to ensure your renovation goes smoothly. Architectural and Landscape Design Guidelines, approved Exterior Paint Colors and the request form are all included here. Approval requests and questions may be directed to Cornerstone Properties.
The Architectural and Landscape committee meet the second Thursday of every month for review of applications, please keep this in mind when scheduling your work. If the project is painting from the Exterior Color Palette, Cornerstone Properties will be able to provide feedback within a few days. Arch meeting is at 3 PM, at Stacy DiGiacomo’s home 11460 E Cavedale
