Welcome to your new home:  Welcome Packet.

• The posted speed limit on all Desert Summit community streets is 20 MPH.
• The Desert Summit CC&Rs DO NOT permit nightly, weekly, or monthly rentals less than SIX months per contract.
• Pet Owners: Please walk all dogs in the street and NOT in yards, driveways, or around mailboxes. If your dog poops – please scoop and carry away.
• Overnight street parking is NOT allowed for vendors, residents, or their guests within the community.
• Emergency Front Gate procedures are posted on the gatehouse bulletin board and on your Quickpass portal.
• If you are having issues with the front gate during regular business hours, call or email Lia Peahu at Inframark at (602) 433-0331 | [email protected]. During weekends or after regular business hours, call Quick Pass directly at (866) 735-6550.
• Any changes to your property, including landscaping, exterior painting, and landscape rock, require PRIOR approval, except preapproved paint schemes available on this website as preapproved for Desert Summit; the latter requires email notification at least 5 days prior to painting. Architectural Approval forms are available on the website.
• Pool Drainage: In an attempt to prevent any Lift Station or Sewer overflow issues, please notify the Desert Summit Community Manager at 602-433-0331 PRIOR to draining your pool or spa.
• It is the policy of the HOA that homeowners do NOT allow Sunday access to professional tradesmen (e.g., landscapers, construction workers, exterior painters) in an attempt to maintain a peaceful community environment one day per week.
• Trash and Recycle Bins should NOT be left at the curbside for more than 24 hours. Bins should be promptly restored out of sight the same day as collection.
